9.18.11

Sleep Last Night: 
Slept wonderful last night.  Right side pain still there.

What I Ate & Related Symptoms:
-Yogurt Smoothie - plain yogurt, frozen banana, fresh strawberries, coconut water
-Left Over Fajitas- chicken breast, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, pepper, braggs amino liquids, honey, olive oil, butter....  Salsa- tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, salt, honey.... on lettuce....  w/ food should taste good whole grain chips....  My chest/stomach burns a little after eating this
-Slice of Dublinder aged cheddar
-mini hershey's dark chocolate bar and mini hershey's goodbar (the one with peanuts), tootsie pop
-hot dogs and cheese
-Fajita
-Udi's white bread, chicken breast, cheddar cheese, tomato, olives
-watermelon, strawberries, blueberries
-Amy's enchilada bowl done up proper with dublinder cheese, homemade salsa, avocado, sour cream

Other Symptoms:
Upon walking right side pain feels better.
I was really hungry today

BM's: 
BM 10 AM - hard pellets, then unformed (better than usual), with white mucous like substance visible at the end and felt when wiping- felt very lubricating

Anxiety:
So far so good this morning.  Feeling more balanced.  Not too high and not too low, although I wish I had more energy.

Mood:
It's okay.  I feel patience with the kids.  Irritated with Alan.

Other:  
Just introduced yogurt for the first time yesterday.  Introduced some uncooked cheese the day before.
